I am excited to announce that the AmyBSells Team is now associated with Keller Williams Advisors Realty. What does this mean to my loyal clients and customers? Well, nothing really changes for you, except that we hope to provide an even better experience for you when you buy or sell a home.
Why the move? Keller Williams is a company that emphasizes education and training, which will allow me and my team to continually sharpen our skills and improve techniques. Training happens weekly in state-of-the-art training room in the local office, as well as virtually through webinars, online conferences and brainstorming groups. The company has an environment full of creative, progressive and innovative professionals and entrepreneurs, and its open environment with these professionals fosters brainstorming and easy sharing of ideas. This emphasis on training, technology, collaboration and energy inspired my switch, which I believe will better serve YOU.
Keller Williams is connected to its agents through Twitter and other internet outlets, which allows the AmyBSells Team to receive up-to-the minute info on new tax credits, changes in financial rules, etc. – if we know these things immediately we can can be more proactive. We learn everything happening in both the local market and industry on a whole in our weekly training sessions so that we can immediately start using this knowledge to better serve our clients.
Keller Williams will offer new ways to market listings for sellers, and to find the perfect properties for my buyers as well. It’s the first in Cincinnati to use “Voice Pad,” a service that buyers can use to get info on any Cincinnati area listing via their mobile phone. Voice Pad also allows sellers to know that buyers are accessing their information. I can’t wait to start using this service with my clients.
Other advantages include an advanced MLS Propety Search, which will allow a buyer to create his/her own search and save it for continued use. Additionally, there is a showing-feedback web solution, which allows sellers to log in and see the listing activity and read feedback virtually online or through a mobile device. Keller Williams also has other proprietary tools that allow us to get a pulse on the local market from different angles, and accurately prepare our buyers and sellers for the climate.
Basically, if it is a new and cutting edge tool in the real estate market, Keller Williams and the AmyBSells Team are using it and passing the benefits on to you.
Our new offices are located on the corner of Delta and Columbia Parkway, across from the Precinct Restaurant or the Junior League of Cincinnati, in the newly renovated Columbia Tusculum square. The real estate offices will be the first tenants to move into the new building on the 3500 block of Columbia Parkway.
Keller Williams is the 3rd largest Real Estate company in the country (opening its Cincinnati offices in 2005) and is the only local Real Estate Brokerage that has continued to grow in both transactions and agents in this down market.
