Amy Broghamer Amy Broghamer has more than 10 years of professional sales experience, yet her award-winning sales career began much earlier, with the Girl Scouts of America, where she finished 1st Place selling the most cookies in Southeastern Indiana. This marked the beginning of Amy’s growing passion for sales, when she learned the value of networking and delivering superior customer service. This enthusiasm for selling continued throughout high school and college, where Amy continued her sales pursuits at Wilson's Leather, The Tiffany Lamp Store and The Kentucky Kernel (University of Kentucky’s award-winning campus newspaper), where she sold advertising.

Challenging selling situations are no stranger to Amy Broghamer. Since beginning her professional career in sales, Amy has worked in three of the most competitive sales industries. At Toshiba Business Solutions, Amy was the #1 Salesperson in her first year and a President’s Club Winner. Amy then entered the Cardiovascular Pharmaceutical Arena, where she won President’s Club in her first year finishing #22 of 485. In her second year in the same territory, building on an already heightened market share, she won President's Club again, and improved her ranking to #13 of 485. In her third year, Amy took a promotion to Atlanta, GA, where she won her Third Presidents Club Award improving her ranking to #8 of 485.

Extraordinary customer service coupled with a relentless work ethic is the pinnacle of Amy's success and what has led her to her latest challenge – Real Estate.

Real Estate is a natural choice for Amy. Her mother has been a realtor in Kentucky and Ohio for almost 20 years, and her father a commercial lender for nearly 30 years. In her first year in Real Estate, Amy has already received accolades from RE/MAX Corporate. In her first year of eligibility with the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors she is scheduled to receive Circle of Excellence award. Amy received Ohio Association of Realtors "Award of Distinction" for selling more than 5 million dollars in her first year, and the RE/MAX International "President's Club" for outstanding performance in her first year.

A constant student of marketing, Amy differentiates herself in the Hyde Park market place. In less than six months, Amy earned the Accredited Buyers Representative Certification based on coursework and practical experience representing buyers. Amy is also the only Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist in Hyde Park. The only other Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Area is her mother and mentor, Pat Broghamer.

Amy aspires not to continue her forward momentum in the luxury market place, while aiming to earn the Million Dollar Guild Award, the highest honor at the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. Pat and Amy maintain an exclusive contract with Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center (CCHMC) for international relocation of their physicians and staff and have happily relocated many CCHMC employees into the Hyde Park area.

Amy attended the University of Kentucky, where she earned degrees in Psychology and Inter Strategic Communications (Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations and Direct Mail).

Amy, her husband Steve Habegger, and her two dogs, MacGyver and Charlie reside near the Hyde Park Square where they enjoy evening walks to Graeters. Steve, serves as Amy’s Chief Information Officer and 24/7 technical support for all web-related issues related to Amy’s Real Estate Business. Amy and Steve were married in June of 2006 in Charleston, South Carolina.
