We contacted Amy and Molly after we found out the first time home buyer’s tax credit had been extended. We were getting married in 3 months and told them that if we were not living in a new home a month before the wedding we would want to stop looking for a while. They assured us that they would have us in a home within a month before our wedding, and they were right! We looked at several houses with Molly, and she was prompt in getting any questions about the property answered. If we needed an estimate on getting something fixed at the property, she would have a referral for a contractor to us that night or the next day.
