Amy Broghamer
Amy is the founder and Lead agent of the AmyBSells Team. Amy grew up in Northern Kentucky, and now lives and works in Hyde Park, Ohio. The team is licensed in both KY and OH. She has been in the top 2% of Real Estate Agents in Cincinnati for 5 years, and helps more than 50 families a year achieve their Real Estate goals with sales and purchases. Amy is the team’s Listing Specialist and she assists Molly in her role as buyer specialist. Each year, the AmyBSells team is thankful to have 90% of our clients referred to us from past clients. We believe this is due to our knowledge, communication skills and unmatched service.
Molly Eynon
Molly is a Cincinnati native who grew up in Glendale and now lives in Hyde Park. She is very knowledgeable about the communities in and around Cincinnati and skilled at matching buyer’s desires and needs with those areas. She will be there to take you through the buying process, starting with an in-depth consultation session focusing on listening and understanding what you want in a new home. Molly will provide guidance and assistance through each step of the buying process in this changing market, so you can get the best price and terms that work for you and your family. Molly is always there for your questions, thought, ideas – she is your lifeline when buying a home!
Sara Buck
Sara was born and raised in Cincinnati and graduated with honors from the University of Cincinnati with a BA in Marketing/Real Estate. For the last 5 years, she has worked for one of the area’s largest home builders while interacting with sales, purchasing, construction, finance, and outside vendors. She also worked as a Realtor and Leasing agent for Keller Williams Advisors Realty. Sara is the Executive Administrator of the AmyBSells team. She manages and coordinates all of the teams’ communications, transactions, and administrative details, allowing us to offer the high level service our clients are used to, while continuing to grow each year.
Drew Stacey
Drew Stacey is a trusted lender partner to our team. Drew is a top lender in Cincinnati with First Place Bank, giving our clients who need a more “creative” approach to their financing , more options. Our clients appreciate Drew’s exceptional service, his comprehensive experience and his easy and thorough communication.
