In early 2006, Steve helped Amy launch her custom web site geared towards Luxury Real Estate in Cincinnati, AmyBSells.com. While providing support and design for this website, Steve also supports Amy with all aspects of technology regarding her real estate business, including web marketing, custom virtual tours, document management, desktop support and support of all ancillary web/technology tools.

In addition to supporting the technical side of Amy’s business, Steve also performs most of the physical labor and also wears the Physical Plant hat from time to time. This includes transporting miscellaneous items to and from Amy’s listings, assembling and setting up signage and the occasional yard maintenance on listings.

Steve works closely with Text-Link-Ads, a search engine optimization company, which helps ensure that Amy’s Cincinnati Real Estate site can be found on the web from potential buyers coming from Google, Yahoo, MSN or other search engines. Since the site’s inception in early 2006, it has seen an increasing stream of traffic from Cincinnati, states from the East to West coast, and even countries on the other side of the world. With this support, Amy is able to offer a competitive advantage when it comes to marketing your home with technology.

Steve has spent his academic and professional career in the technical arena developing software solutions for both the private and public sector. After receiving his Bachelor’s Degree from Xavier University, Steve worked for a small software vendor in Cincinnati as their lead programmer for 4 years. In January 2005, Steve took his experience and skills to a small contracting company that provides a custom solution for the United States Department of Defense. In 2010, Steve joined the AmyBSells Team full time as the Certified Distressed Property Expert, helping Cincinnati families avoid foreclosure.
