Lisa Eddingfield has more than 20 years experience in Sales and Marketing. Prior to entering the Real Estate arena, she was in sales for a national gift company as well as being a pharmaceutical sales representative. In both industries, Lisa thrived and increased territory market share. However, she was looking for a career that would allow her to build beneficial personal relationships with clients and to move away from the corporate world.

Becoming a Realtor in 2000 was just the right career move for Lisa. Working in Real Estate allows her to combine her passion for houses and interior design with her desire to work closely with people. In her role as Buyer Specialist, Lisa works diligently to help her buyers achieve their dream of buying the perfect home. She offers each of her clients professionalism, patience, enthusiasm, and guidance to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience throughout the process of making their most important investment…purchasing a home.

Prior to joining the AmyBSells Team, Lisa specialized in new construction working as a Builder Representative in the sale of custom, semi-custom, and production homes. While acting as the liaison between the builder and the home buyers, she offered exceptional service by listening to the wants and needs of the buyers and helping to fulfill them. Lisa has been involved with the Home Builders Association (HBA) of Cincinnati and has actively participated on several Homearama committees. She is also affiliated with the Sales and Marketing Council of Greater Cincinnati (SMC) working on the Social Committee and the Children’s Heart Association Committee. Lisa has been awarded several Gold Achievement Awards from the Sales and Marketing Council recognizing annual sales of $5M or higher.

Lisa graduated from Miami University in Oxford with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Retail/Marketing. She also has an Associate Degree in Interior Design which has been invaluable throughout her Real Estate career. Lisa is currently working on expanding her Real Estate expertise by becoming certified as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative and earning the designation of Certified Residential Specialist. In addition, she is in the process of becoming a licensed agent in the state of Kentucky.

Lisa is a Greater Cincinnati native, having grown up in West Chester, and currently resides in Mason with her teenage son, Spencer. Lisa and her son enjoy spending time with Hailey, their Weimaraner dog, and two cats Tyson and Henry. Trips to the local parks with Hailey are always an adventure! Lisa enjoys travel, crafts, outdoor activities, and spending time with family and friends. Giving back is important to Lisa and she proudly supports The United Way, The Lymphoma & Leukemia Society, St. Jude’s Hospital, Susan G Komen for the Cure, and Habitat for Humanity.
