Amy Broghamer

Amy is the founder and Lead agent of the AmyBSells Team. Amy grew up in Northern Kentucky, and now lives and works in Hyde Park, Ohio. The team is licensed in both KY and OH. She has been in the top 2% of Real Estate Agents in Cincinnati for 4 years, and helps more than 40 families a year achieve their Real Estate goals with sales and purchases. Amy assists Lisa in her role as buyer specialist and is the team’s Listing Specialist. Each year, the AmyBSells team is thankful to have 75% of our clients referred to us from past clients. Lisa Eddingfield

Lisa is the team’s Buyers Specialist. Lisa has been a Realtor for more than 10 years, and is a native to Cincinnati! Lisa is well versed in resale as well as new construction!

Steve Habegger

Steve has been licensed with The AmyBSells Team since 2008, and he is the Lead Distressed Property Expert. When home owners are behind in their mortgage or in danger of losing their homes, Steve steps in to counsel them on their options, and will guide them confidently through a sale so the financial burden is lifted and credit is left relatively unharmed. Steve is very detail-oriented and great with follow-up, which is absolutely key when working on such time sensitive and delicate financial information. Steve truly enjoys helping his clients reduce financial stress and get back on the road to recovery.
