This is a great way to achieve that as well as meet other moms and develop a strong support system.” From around March to the... [more...]

Each time my husband and I drive over the railroad track that runs along Wasson Avenue in Hyde Park and Oakley, we talk about how awesome it would be if that unused railroad track was a walking path. After all, it runs for 6 miles from Victory Parkway to Mariemont by way of Hyde Park and Mt.Lookout (through Ault Park). The area of dispute includes homes along Erie Avenue between Tarpis and Pinehurst avenues, the Erie and Saybrook avenues intersection and the Deupree House, 3939 Erie Ave. Residents affected by this are upset and worried about property values and resale — specifically that buying a home in “Hyde Park” and selling in “Oakley” could lose them money. These... [more...]
