Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors President-elect Pete Kopf and Keller Williams Advisors Realty Team Leader Jamie Hurtubise were on hand this morning to accept a declaration of “Keller Williams Day” in Cincinnati by Mayor Mark Mallory. In a strategic investment in the city of Cincinnati, Keller Williams moved 100+ agents to Columbia Tusculum in September 2009 and is located in the Columbia Square, in a brand new office building, across from the Precinct. The new Columbia Square will be located at the corner of Delta Avenue and Columbia Parkway in the Heart of Columbia Tusculum and has a projected cost of $24 million dollars. There will be four total buildings that comprise Columbia Square. Three of these buildings will be located on the south east corner of Delta Avenue and Columbia Parkway, near the Precinct and the Junior League of Cincinnati, both of which will remain in their current buildings.
