You Get the Best Price and Terms
Evaluating a home’s worth and negotiating an offer are not easy tasks. You need a professional that can determine a suitable offer and negotiate a contract that places you on the best end of the deal. We will work with you and the listing agent to get you the best terms and price for the home possible. We will research comparable properties and square
footage, even considering other homes that have sold on the same street, to gain more knowledge on the value of the home. As soon as you decide to write an offer, we will create a complete presentation and deliver it to the listing agent, as well as the home seller. In this market, I have not seen another agent do the research and presentation of data for a buyer the way I do. It is complete and clear and all for you, the buyer!
Inspections and Estimates
Inspections are a must when investing in a home! I have access to all types of inspectors, and because of my relationship with them, they are often very quick to schedule the inspections. Whole house, termite, radon, roof, structure, mold, HVAC – anything you can think of – we can get it done in a very short amount of time. Contractors and licensed professionals are often called after the inspections to get an idea of the cost of suggested repairs on the home. I will work to get these done in the time frame necessary to counter offer with the seller for needed repairs or maintenance on the home.
