Sometimes we have to define staging to a client or erase the TV definition from a homeowner's mind and start fresh. It is difficult to explain to a client that a total stranger is going to be coming into their home, critiquing their decor/personal items, going through their things, and moving them all around...at least that is what it sounds like to an already stressed out seller. Really stagers gracefully showcase the homeowners best items and their biggest investment. Stagers help sellers overcome stress.
