The Cincinnati Enquirer is reporting some school uncertainty: The currently closed Hyde Park Elementary and the currently separate Turpin and Anderson High Schools. Here’s more: Hyde Park Elementary’s Fate A school district consultant has been telling parents the closed school could reopen in 2010 to serve kids in Hyde Park and Oakley. However, there is currently no money available to reopen the school. There’s been an internet rumor going around a long time about the “deadly” mulch made of cocoa shells and it’s effect on pets. Here are a few facts about this organic ground cover. It’s made out of the shells of cocoa beans, and it can be an attractive and nice-smelling alternative to other mulches.
