If you’re looking for your dream home, look no further than the Search Cincinnati MLS tool here at AmyBSells.com. It’s a comprehensive search application to help you narrow down your home choices to the place that’s perfect for you.
You can select type of home (single family, condo, townhome), minimum and maximum price, lot area, number of bathrooms and bedrooms, amenities and more!
Your search options will then be displayed on a movable map, and roll over each property to see it’s details.
This is a great visual tool for your home search. Most buyers find their homes on the internet first.
Don’t forget: we recommend doing the “drive-by test” on homes you find online — make sure you like it in person before we schedule a showing.
After you’ve pinpointed those homes you want to see, call the AmyBSells team to set up your showings. We can arrange showings with the sellers’ agents and take you to assess the house in person. You do not have to work with the seller’s agent! It’s best to find a Realtor to represent you first, then ask your Realtor to take you to the homes you want to see.
