On Tuesdays this month, Wells-Fargo is holding workshops for first-time buyers. This is a great opportunity to go ask questions and get information if you are thinking about buying your first home. AND these workshops are totally free.

My lender, Sharon Natarus, passed on some info to me about these workshops. If you are thinking of taking advantage of the first-time home-buyer $8,000 tax credit, you should seriously consider attending to learn the details, because the deadline for application is drawing very near and you’ll want to be comfortably inside of that deadline (November).

Sharon has been working with my first-time buyers for years, and has proven she knows today’s market and the challenges of lending today.

I encourage all first time buyers to attend this workshop.  The information on the lending rules and regulations and how to take advantage of the $8,000 tax credit during the remainder of September are invaluable at this time.  I am sure that you will be glad you attended this informative meeting!
