My husband and I were interested in seeing the Carmelle Homearama site in person, so in between checking out Nisbit Brower’s Showroom for kitchen remodel ideas, and lunch at El Pueblo’s we headed to check it out.

Surprisingly, there was already a fairly well-established Carmelle neighborhood. All of the builder model homes were in a cul-de-sac immediately upon entering the subdivision. My husband’s anticipation was building as we crept towards the back, where the Homearama homes were being constructed. However, after arriving to witness the grand construction project, we witnessed merely 5 homes under construction; undoubtedly representing the 5 builders for the show.

The Homearama parking lot was ready for the traffic, and the homes were largely completed on the outside, although we didn’t get a chance to check out the insides, since there were construction workers everywhere! Time is flying, and the show starts September 12 through the 27th.

I except to have more pictures before the open to the public dates, so stay tuned!
