Room to Store “In the old days, closets were scarce. As the years have progressed, homeowners have demanded more storage space. Really sweet. Infact, it’s edible! This time of year, my favorite real estate is composed of gingerbread! Gingerbread houses are amazing these days. Professionals and amateurs alike create masterpieces for contests, and just for fun. Usually, the rule for gingerbread houses is that everything must be edible… Yum! No easy answer to that question. Mortgage rates are at their lowest rates since the 1960s, and this is causing many homeowners to consider refinancing. Some mortgage companies are quoting rates as low as 4.5% for people with very good credit and a big down-payment.
