Wells Fargo is the Safest Bank in the US.

On September 4th, Global Finance Magazine awarded the top 10 safest banks in the world. Our own Wells Fargo was the only bank in the US on the list, putting them on par with banks like Rabobank in the Netherlands and Lloyds TSB in the UK. These banks were selected through a comparison of the long-term credit ratings and total assets of the 300 largest banks around the world. In addition, ratings from Moody’s, Standard and Poor’s and Fitch were used. These banks were each ranked by their “creditworthiness.”

When asked about this strong and safe list of banks in the World, the Global Finance publisher, Joseph D. Giarraputo said, “These banks have demonstrated an appropriately prudent approach to risk in providing international financial services. More than ever customers are viewing strong credit equity as an important feature of the banks with which they do business.”

As my clients and customers know, the AmyBSells Team has been closely aligned with Sharon Natarus at Wells Fargo since we began selling real estate. Wells Fargo assists almost 85% of The Amy B Sells Team Buyers in their first home purchases and thereafter. Once our clients realize the value of Wells Fargo, their strength and the service that Sharon gives, they stay with Sharon at Wells Fargo.

I hope this helps some of the first time buyers and second and third time who are in the market for a mortgage. There is a lot of uncertainty, but it is the Safest Bet to go with Wells Fargo!
